People like us, who have experienced discrimination like this, can see it coming. People who are in the queer communities and have seen this happen to our trans* friends can see this coming.

And we speak and we speak and nobody listens because, privilege. Yes, privilege. The privilege to ignore how we feel, mock and say it’s not serious, because you’re not us.

I’m queer.  I came out in the military and received an entry level discharge for homosexual admission, as well as being physically assaulted for it.  I’m otherkin, have been part of the community since 1999.  And I think the otherkin oppression meme is bullshit.

So what privilege are you going to accuse me of having?
